Broccoli has two growing seasons in Georgia. The Spring Season, where Broccoli in started in Late Winter/Early Spring and harvested into the Late Spring and Early Summer. The Fall Season, where Broccoli is started in Summer/Late Summer and harvested into the Early Winter.

Broccoli thrives between the temperatures of 40 degrees and 75 degrees. It is frost tolerant, surviving temperatures as low as 25 degrees.
